Umoja Application

The Umoja Club is a student organization that is part of the Umoja Community program. It has student officers and meets to plan activities, speakers, and social events. Student members in good standing pay $5 dues and can hold office and vote. Positions available are president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and ICC rep.

The Umoja program offers courses with an African-American theme, academic counseling support, trips to four-year colleges, study space, Indabas, Porch, and cultural trips and activities.

Both enhance the educational and cultural experiences of African-American and other students. Both have the Umoja practices as a foundation.
