Transcript Orders
Bakersfield College has partnered with two electronic transcript providers, allowing you to select the one that best suits your needs.
Certree: Bakersfield College has partnered with Certree to enable students to control their
data and have the ability to request and share their academic credentials, such as
a diploma, certificate, proof of enrollment, proof of degree, and transcript. Credentials
you share via Certree are certified and authentic. Please sign in or sign up for an
Individual account on Certree and follow the instructions to retrieve your transcript.
Note: Signing up for a Certree account is free. Sending your documents to a third party incurs a cost.
Students can choose from two pricing options:
- $35.88 Annual Plan - One-time payment for 12 months of unlimited sharing and downloads.
- $23.97 Quarterly Plan - One-time payment for 3 months of unlimited sharing and downloads.
Additionally, Certree cannot provide a printed copy of your transcript.
Parchment: Bakersfield College has partnered with Parchment to offer official transcript orders at no cost through a secure online system. Parchment serves as the college’s authorized provider for processing and delivering both digital and printed transcripts.
How do I get my two free transcripts?
All transcript orders placed through Parchment are provided at no cost to students and alumni.

How do I access my unofficial transcripts?
Students may access their unofficial transcripts at any time in InsideBC. See How To Check Your Transcript Totals for step-by-step directions.
If you cannot login to your BC account, email bcadmission@kccd.edu.
Unfortunately, if you attended Bakersfield College prior to 1987, these records are housed in our office and would need to be accessed manually or located in our scanning system. You will need to email bcrecords@kccd.edu to access these unofficial/official transcripts. If you have a Bakersfield College assigned email account, please make sure to use this when corresponding with our office.
Attention Early College (Dual or Concurrent Enrollment) Students:
While you are still in high school, your high school district will receive final grades for courses you took as a dual and/or concurrent enrollment student. You may also provide your grades to your high school by printing out your unofficial transcript at no cost by following the instructions above, or by ordering them through Parchment.
