No exceptions will be granted after this deadline.
Step 2: Complete the Form
The student must complete and submit the EW form.
Step 3: Contact Financial Aid
Students must contact the Financial Aid Office to determine how an EW may affect their financial aid status for the semester.
Visit the Bakersfield College Financial Aid webpage for more information.
Step 4: Submit to Admissions & Records
Submit the completed EW form to the Admissions & Records Office located in the Welcome Center, or to bcadmission@kccd.edu from your BC student email address.

Step 6: Notification & Updates
- If approved, students will see the EW reflected in InsideBC (Schedule/Bill section).
- If denied or if additional information is needed, the student will receive an email at their BC-assigned email address.
