CARES Act: Student Information

Eligible students will be awarded an Emergency Financial Aid Grant for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus (including eligible expenses under a student's cost of attendance such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child care).

Students receiving this funding shall receive notification via email.

Instructions for confirming your eligibility for the award:

1. Log into your InsideBC Account
2. Select "Financial Aid"
3. Select "Award"
4. Select "View Award by Aid Year"
5. Select "Aid Year 2020-2021" and Click Submit
6. Select "Award Overview"

Funds will be disbursed in a single payment, according to the refund preference the student has selected with BankMobile Disbursements. Students who have not set-up a refund preference with BankMobile should follow the instructions provided on the Office of Financial Aid website: BankMobile Instructions.

Funds will NOT be applied to existing student account balances. However, students may choose to use the funds they receive to pay their balance by making a payment through their InsideBC Account by going to "MyBanWeb" and then "Pay for Classes".
