About Counseling & Advising
The Counseling and Advising Center, on the first floor of the Center for Student Success (CSS) building, is open for face-to-face assistance. We offer the following services on the following days:
Summer 2026
- Monday - Thursday
7:00 A.M.-5:30 P.M. - Friday
CLOSED - Saturday - Sunday
CLOSED
During high-volume times, all students are seen on a drop-in basis. These times include:
- One week before the start of the semester through the first week of the semester.
- First and second weeks of registration.
Educational Advisors accept drop-in meetings on Mondays and Fridays during our operational hours and appointments Tuesday - Thursday. Counselors are by appointment only, except during designated high-volume periods (listed above). To confirm availability, please call the Counseling and Advising Center at 661-395-4421.

We Also Offer Virtual Support
Counseling services are available from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Fridays (excluding Summer).
Closed Weekends.
