Kinesiology, Health, and Athletics offers a variety of Associate Degrees and courses to assist you on a career path in the athletic and health industries. Whether you are looking to advance in your current career, start your career, begin on a path to a four-year degree, or get healthier we offer programs to lead you in the right direction.
Four simple guidelines to improve your health:
- Increase consumption of fresh whole food vegetables and fruits.
- Decrease consumption of processed food (fast food, soda, refined sugar, and foods in a box, bag, or can).
- Increase movement activities and resistance strength training 5-6 days per week.
- Lesson stress and anxiety by knowing you're not in this alone, and seek mental health assistance if necessary.
