This monthly recognition highlights Bakersfield College employees and teams who
exemplify our Core Values and go above and beyond to support student success and our
college community. Managers, deans, directors, and supervisors may submit nominations
by the 10th of each month, with selected nominations featured in internal communications
and on digital signage.
