Jasmine Banuelos

Biography

Jasmine Bañuelos (she, her, ella) is the Program Manager at Bakersfield College at the Delano Campus. She has dedicated more than 15 years to higher education, driven by a passion for helping students discover their potential and achieve their goals. As the daughter of immigrant parents, she understands the transformative power of education and the importance of creating opportunities for all students to succeed. At Bakersfield College, she is committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where students feel empowered to learn, grow, and thrive. She is pursuing doctoral research (Ed.D. in Educational Leadership) focused on Latina student experiences in Hispanic-Serving Institutions, reflecting her ongoing commitment to educational equity and student success.
