Bakersfield College Interactive Dashboards

Explore BC’s interactive dashboards, developed by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, designed to provide insights into various aspects of student performance and institutional metrics:

• Guided Pathways Momentum Points Dashboard – Tracks student progress from the first term through key momentum points, including first-term performance, first-year milestones, persistence, completion, and transfer. The dashboard provides actionable insights into early student progress and leading indicators associated with long-term success and degree completion.
• Completion & Efficiency Dashboard – Provides a comprehensive view of degree and certificate completion, including completers by award type and student and program characteristics. The dashboard also tracks average units earned at completion, offering insights into student efficiency, affordability, productivity, and institutional effectiveness.
• Course Success & Retention Dashboard -Tracks course retention and success trends by term and academic year, with results disaggregated by student and course characteristics to support instructional planning, equity analyses, and continuous improvement.
• Course Student Learning Outcomes (CSLO) Dashboard – Displays course-level SLO assessment activity and reporting trends to support assessment, continuous improvement, and accreditation efforts.
