Proctored Exam Intake Form

Attention Instructors:

• The Writing Center can only provide proctors as a courtesy to ENGL, HIST, EMLS, and other writing-intensive or qualitative reasoning centered courses per the Title 5 regulations that govern apportionment for tutoring and supplemental learning assistance programs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• For qualifying courses as outlined above, please complete the form below if you would like the Writing Center staff to proctor a timed writing assignment, make-up in-class essay or other assignment for your student. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Writing Center Program Manager, Kim Arbolante at kimberly.arbolante@bakersfieldcollege.edu.
• The Writing Center does not provide testing materials for students beyond the ability to print.
