BC Celebrates Native American Heritage Month with a Series of Events and Workshops

The Native American Student Support & Success Program (NASSSP) at Bakersfield College is celebrating Native American Heritage Month with a series of workshops, events, discussion panels, and more.
All students, staff, and community members are invited to participate in this year’s events, which will include a dance performance, beading workshop, medicine bag workshop, guest speakers, and more. Each event is inspired by Native American culture with an emphasis on education and community building.
Each event is free of charge, and workshop materials will be provided. We hope you can join us!
