Nohea-Lani Cerizo

Biography

Nohea-Lani Johnson is the reference librarian at one of Bakersfield College's satellite campuses: BC Southwest. Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, she then left the island to receive her bachelor's degree in philosophy from Point Loma Nazarene University (San Diego, CA) before obtaining a master's in library and information science from San Jose State University (San Jose, CA). She is also a university professor of library and information science teaching 3-unit accelerated research courses for the University of Massachusetts and enjoys working as a philosophy tutor and library liaison for San Diego City College. In her free time, you can find her playing new and old-school videogames, editing videos, reading science fiction or fantasy, trying a new craft, or hiking beautiful
