About Bill
Bill Moseley is a Professor of Computer Science, specializing in Python, Web Development, iOS Development, and Data Science. He has degrees in Psychology from Bakersfield College and Fresno Pacific University, a Masters in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership in Higher Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He started working at Bakersfield College in 1998 as the college's first Webmaster, and became a full time faculty member in 2001.
