Event Spotlight: 2025 Retirement Reception

The Bakersfield College Archives were proud to celebrate our incredible Retirees who have dedicated their years of service to BC. The celebration, held in the Campus Event Center, honored the lasting impact these individuals have made on our college community. The Archives hosted a special display showcasing artifacts from departments such as Music, Athletics, Nursing, and past Retirees, highlighting the rich history and accomplishments of BC through the years.

Among this year’s honorees, we are especially proud to recognize our own Susan Pinza and Isabel Stierle. Their contributions to Bakersfield College have been invaluable, and while we will miss seeing them on campus, we are deeply grateful for the legacy they leave behind. We are thrilled to have them continue to share their knowledge and passion as members of the Archives Board.
