SI is group tutoring set up for specific classes. Each SI session is led by a student who has already passed the course with a top grade.
This student will attend your course weekly along with you, so that he/she knows exactly what the instructor is requiring. The tutoring sessions involve group discussion of course concepts with an emphasis on study skills and learning strategies.
Students who regularly come to SI get higher grades. PERIOD.
