We have developed a brand new online process to apply for on-campus and off-campus jobs. Please complete the following steps below in order to start the process of applying for on-campus and off-campus jobs. In order to access Student Employment Services, ALL students including alumni must register for Jobspeaker.
In order to apply for on- campus employment you must first set up an account with Jobspeaker. From there you can apply online or from your smart phone. If you are actively jobseeking you should check your Jobspeaker account often, all interactions including the scheduling of your interview will be done through the online system. Applying for jobs no longer requires a mandatory appointment but if you have any questions, or would like to schedule an appointment to review your resume or interview skills, please contact the Student Employment office at 661-395-4550. (For best results use Google Chrome)
Once you have set up your online Jobspeaker account, please visit the App Store or Google Play store to download the free Jobspeaker App. From there you can apply for jobs anywhere, anytime. Be ahead of the search with JobSpeaker right at your fingertips!

The Student Employment Lab is your one-stop resource and information center for on and off campus employment opportunities. We provide the right tools, to get the right jobs that are in line with student’s educational goals and career objectives. Students are encourage to utilize the resources available such as the local & surrounding area job boards. Assistance can be provided in building a professional resume and tips for your interview. We also provide encouraging books, magazines, and DVDs for job seekers, and a full encyclopedia for careers and vocational guidance. The Student Employment Lab strives to assist today’s students become fully prepared to become tomorrow’s workforce.
