10-Day Payment Deadline
From the date that you register for a class, you will have 10 days to pay your tuition bill in full or you may be dropped for non-payment.
You can pay your bill online by logging into InsideBC. Then click on MyBanWeb, click on Class Schedule, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on Schedule/Bill. You may also be able to make payment by visiting the Business Services office at the Panorama Campus, in the lobby of the Bookstore.
You can apply for Financial Aid by visiting their webpage. You are exempt from the 10-day payment timeline if you are eligible to receive Financial Aid and the Financial Aid department has processed your paperwork. The Financial Aid process starts by applying for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Once your application is submitted and Financial Aid has received it, you can login to InsideBC, click on MyBanWeb, click on MyBanWeb Main Menu, and click on the Financial Aid tab for eligibility information.

Bakersfield College recognizes that students who complete all enrollment steps (Orientation, Placement, Testing, Advising and Counseling, and abbreviated and comprehensive Student Educational Plan) are more likely to reach their academic goals. These students are given special registration priority appointments. In order to ensure that students who are progressing successfully toward those academic goals have the opportunity to continue that progress, students who have attempted less than 100 units will be allowed to register earlier than those with over 100 units attempted. For their first semester of registration, students who receive earlier appointments will have completed these enrollment steps. The order of appointment assignments will be as follows:
Continuing students who have not completed all four enrollment steps will be assigned appointments during the first few days of open registration based on the date they completed their admission/update forms.
