Dean Liz Rozell began as an adjunct instructor at Bakersfield College in 1985 and was hired as a full-time faculty member in 1989. During her tenure at BC, she primarily taught engineering, but also taught math, physics, industrial drawing, and computer science courses. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Math and Physics and a Masters of Engineering in Industrial Engineering.
In 2013, she transitioned into a leadership position as the Dean of Instruction over Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Industrial Technology.
