Morning Field Trips: Parking for field trips is in the student lots P6 and P7 east and southeast of the stadium off of Mt Vernon — see the campus map for details. $5 daily permits are available at the kiosk at the corner of University and Mt Vernon. All visitors need a permit. You can visit the Department of College Safety for a one-day permit [their phone: (661) 395-4554 Text: (661) 747-3808]. Evening Public Shows: Parking for evening public shows is free in the student lot P6 east of the stadium off of Mt Vernon through the guest parking form. Submit a Vendor & Special Guest Parking Request form and College Safety will approve permits for these. In the College Business field, state that this is for a Planetarium show. Disabled Persons Access
Persons needing to use the elevator to get to the second floor should follow the route shown on the map below. Go up the ramp on the east side of the Allied Health wing and walk through the breezeway that is in the middle of the Math-Science building to the elevator on the north side of the building (green path on map below). On the second floor, turn right and go to the northwest end of the building (blue path on the map below). (The map below is a cropped enlargement of the campus map displayed above.)
