ConferZoom operates a little differently if you are on a Chromebook. Follow the directions in this post to enable Zoom on your Chromebook. We recommend completing this process well before your first required meeting for your class.
Students may occasionally be asked to scan documents and upload them to their Canvas accounts. While BC does not specifically have any scanning software, our Academic Technology team has explored the following resources to give you a recommendation for tools you can use to complete these tasks.
Students with Canvas or online learning questions are encouraged to reach out to the Renegade Hub. This is a team of student workers available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The team is available via email and will respond to student questions in the order they come in. We want students to know that they are not alone and will help them with their technology issues to help them be successful.
