You are invited to participate in the Bakersfield College Student Involvement Festival on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Student Involvement Festival is the largest event during our weeklong Campus Welcome program, which encourages students to learn about the campus and become engaged and active members of Bakersfield College and the Bakersfield community.
In order to register, off-campus vendors are required to provide Kern Community College District with a Certificate of Insurance that provides liability coverage with limits of not less than $1,000,000. The certificate must list the KCCD, 2100 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93301 as additional insured, and must be accompanied by an endorsement. Please submit your proof of insurance and payment to the Office of Student Life at Bakersfield College before the registration deadline on Friday, August 30, 2019.
If you are interested in participating in the 2019 Student Involvement Festival at Bakersfield College, please complete the registration form or register online. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. You will be provided with one table and two chairs. You must bring your own materials to ensure your effectiveness and comfort during the Festival. Electricity is limited to those who request it, which is also on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to participate is $30 for Non-Profit or $60 for Profit. Bakersfield College student organizations, offices and departments may participate free of charge. Food vendors may participate for a fee of $250. Confirmation emails will be sent following registration completion.
