Jess Nieto Memorial Conference - Day 3

The 2nd Annual Jess Nieto Memorial celebrates the life of Chicano activist and BC professor Jess Nieto. This year's conference also recognizes the 50th anniversary of the MEChA program, and this year's theme is "Self-Determination for the Liberation of Our People".

The conference will take place from April 23-25 on the BC campus. To attend, please fill out the Jess Nieto Memorial Conference Registration form. Programming for the first and third days will take place at the Levan Center, while the second day of the conference will be in Forum 101 for the screening of "Rise and Fall of the Brown Buffalo", a PBS film about Chicano activist Oscar Zeta Acosta.
