Bakersfield College Strength & Conditioning / Swimming wants to invite you to celebrate Memorial Day at our Second Annual Murph Challenge at BC.
The MURPH is a workout dedicated to LT. Michael P. Murphy who lost his life while serving in Afghanistan in 2005. The movie Lone Survivor depicts his heroics as well as the rest of his SEAL Team, where he earned the nickname “Murph the Protector”. The Murph Challenge is designed to push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL), and all of those who sacrificed everything they had for our freedom.
The MURPH:
