College is an exciting and challenging time for new students, so we have prepared a New Student Orientation Program designed to facilitate a smooth transition to life as a Renegade.
Because we want our students to be successful, all new students must complete an orientation program either on campus or online. You will have an opportunity to meet fellow Renegades, learn about the college academic majors, policies and important dates, and learn how to be a successful student at Bakersfield College.
Students with disabilities or special needs: Contact DSPS (Disabled Students Programs & Services) at (661) 395-4334 for assistance.
Orientation Department number: (661) 395-4276.
NOTE: Students must submit their application form and receive their BC ID Number before registering for orientation!
