The Bakersfield College ASL Program is proud to announce our new Interpreting Training Program! We will hold an information meeting for interested students on Friday, March 24th, at 10:30 a.m. in LA 113.
Interested in becoming an interpreter? Come learn more about what this 2-year program entails. This information session hosted by Jaclyn Krause and Tom Moran is open to students in our ASL program and working interpreters in the community. We will provide an overview of our program, list of courses, expectations of the cohort model, and program outcomes, including certification. Come join us to learn about this exciting new opportunity in Bakersfield that will launch in Fall of 2017.
