Garden Fest at Bakersfield College Postponed to April 27th Due to Weather

Garden Fest, previously scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2024, has been postponed due to anticipated adverse weather conditions. The event will now take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

Despite the postponement, anticipation remains high for one of the community's most beloved events of the year. Garden Fest promises attendees an enriching experience with a plethora of activities to celebrate horticulture, health, and happiness.

Guests can still look forward to engaging in various gardening seminars led by experts who will share invaluable tricks and tips to cultivate their green thumbs. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to peruse an array of plants, as well as indulge in delicious offerings from food trucks.

Admission for the event remains free and free parking will be available for attendees at Mt. Vernon Ave and Panorama Drive. We look forward to welcoming everyone to Bakersfield College for a day of growth, greenery, and community spirit on April 27th.
