BC Transfer Center Mission

The BC Transfer Center supports student transfer by facilitating transfer events as well as the distribution of current transfer information about colleges and universities through student appointments, workshops and online and written materials. The Center promotes student contacts with university admissions representatives and works in partnership with several BC programs to boost underrepresented students successful transfer to colleges and universities.

UC TAG

The UC TAG submission period is September 1-30 for Fall 2013 admission. View UC TAG timeline (pdf). Go to the site and begin working on your TAG application: http://uctag.universityofcalifornia.edu/

The University of California Merced is accepting Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) student applications for the Spring 2014 semester. The dates for submission of the online TAG application are May 1-31, 2013. Bakersfield College will host 2 UC Merced TAG Workshops for prospective students on April 29, 2013 from 10:00-11:00 am and 1:00 to 2:00 pm in Student Services 19. Please come to the BC Counseling Center to make your appointment to attend one of these events today.

ASSIST
