1. Significance of your Registration # .

The Registration # identifies this registration session. Each time you access the Class List web page a unique registration number is generated. All course registrations undertaken during this session are linked to that unique number. When you complete the registration process for a session, you should receive an automated email message from our system advising you of the payments status and other class related info for all persons and classes registered during that session. To receive these messages you must provide us with a valid email address during the registration session.

2. Select one or more classes of interest.

Classes of interest - the list of classes which you and/or other individuals being registered during this session wish to enroll in.
Please note that the person who will be recognized as the 'Payor' is the first person to be listed in the Personal Information section. This person is NOT REQUIRED to enroll for any of the classes selected.

3. Previous payor/registrant data.

If you have registered for classes previously (using this system), our database has a record of your personal information. When you enter your first and last names AND your street address, our system immediately looks for a match. If a match is found, current data is inserted where applicable. If you notice data elements that need to be changed make those changes on the form. When you leave this page, your data will be updated in our system.
NOTE: we do not record, nor do we have access to your financial information. Credit card data is sent only to PayPal when that payment option is used.

4. You are attempting to complete your registration but the "Pay Now" and "Pay Offline" buttons do not work.

YOU ARE AT A CRITICAL STAGE IN YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS, this the point where our system records the names of people registering, the courses for which they are registering and you choose to pay via PayPal or offline.
If the system is not responding to your button-click to pay please let us know now, so we can manually insert your registration information. IF THIS IS AFTER HOURS, we will address the problem as soon as possible when we return.

5. You want to view registration information or cancel a previously submitted course registration.

ACCESS to previous registrations is controlled by Registration #!
When you registered for class, your registration session # was recorded and that number was sent via email to the person paying for registration. If you have that registration number, click here to view your records and/or cancel a registration.
