REBRAC offers to owners of small and medium size businesses in the Central Valley, at low or no cost, the following environmental health and safety assistance:

• Advising and consulting
• Training
• Regulatory compliance assistance
• Waste minimization plans
• Energy efficiency plans
• Business referrals

California Compliance School (CCS) -- provides environmental compliance training throughout the state. CCS is a joint effort between the California Environmental Protection Agency's (Cal/EPA) Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the community colleges.

CCS offers affordable basic training to help facilities achieve and maintain compliance with state environmental laws and regulations, specifically:

• Hazardous waste management
• Underground storage tanks
• Financial responsibility/financial assurance
