Special Problems in Automotive/Motorcycle - 1-3 units. Limit 3 units.

Provides the individual students the opportunity to explore various segments of automotives. Development and implementation of meaningful, self-directed studies in areas where the student desires specific technical and related skill development necessary for enrichment or employment. Prerequisites: Completion of minimum of 12 units of automotive courses with a grade of 'C' or equivalent experience or evaluation by instructor. Completed 'Petition for Individual Study' form. Recommended: Reading Level 5 or 6. Enrollment is contingent on available lab space. Hours: (18-54) Hrs. by arrangement. Repeat: 2 or until a limit of 3 units is reached. CCS: Occupational Education. Not Transferable: Not degree applicable.
