Seasonal Firefighter Basic Training 1 - 2

This is the same information/course presented to all first year wildland firefighters. All of the federal fire agencies and many municipal fire departments recognize this course as the foundation to all subsequent fire training. This is “The Basics” it will provide students with an understanding of wildland firefighting principals, tactics, organization, and fireline safety. Hours: 9 lect, 31 lab. Offered: F, S. CCS: Occupational Education. Not Transferable: Not degree applicable.
