Creative writing of poetry, short plays and prose forms. Emphasizes creativity and control of language, sound, imagery, and sense in poetry; character, plot, theme, and point of view in fiction and drama. Covers basics of submitting manuscripts to publishers. Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion of ENGL B1 with a minimum grade of 'C' or English Level 6. Hours: 54 lect. Offered: F, S.
