This program provides instruction in the planting, growing, harvesting, and marketing of field, forage, and vegetable crops as well as irrigated and range pasture crops. See also Environmental Horticulture. Career opportunities in Crop Science include Truck and market farm management, orchard and vinyard management, horticulture pest control, low volume irrigation equipment supply and sales, agriculture research technician.
