Job Skills Certificate
Principles of Venipuncture

The purpose of the certificate is for successful completion of the Principles of Venipuncture course taught at Bakersfield College. The venipuncture regulations and requirements are part of the Health & Safety Code of California, Section 106985. The certificate is necessary for job readiness and to indicate competency for the performance of venipunctures at the job site. The State of California code requires a certificate to indicate proficiency.
